Eco Challenge is in its final year and is now closed to new schools.
Follow the steps below to make a provisional booking online.
- To view and book a course you will need to login by selecting your LEA and your school from the drop down menus. You will then be asked for a password.
The password for your school will be mailed to you when your school is eligible to take part. If you have forgotten your password please email ecochallenge@field-studies-council.org - On the list of courses those that are available for booking have a green background and the details can be viewed. Otherwise the background is grey and is either a provisional or a confirmed booking.
Make a provisional booking by clicking on book this course and completing the form. This will hold the course for your school for 5 working days giving you time to decide whether you wish to confirm the booking. You will receive an email and a booking form in response to this provisional booking - Confirm the booking by completing and faxing back the booking form within the 5 days. If we do not receive a confirmed booking form within the 5 days the course will become available for other schools to book.
- On receipt of your confirmed booking Eco Challenge will confirm the booking by email and then will request a deposit from your school (this £450 deposit will be refunded when you complete the residential and post course session and return the evaluation). The school will be also asked to sign and return the Agreement and Booking conditions at this point .
