100 Schools Involved
9th Feb, 2009
The Eco Challenge Project has just celebrated its first birthday and the best present of all was our 100th booking! Not only are 100 schools and around 3000 young people actively involved but Eco Challenge is helping us to build closer relationships with many environmental organisations such as local Wildlife Trusts, BTCV, Local Authorities and Groundwork who are working with the groups in their local community.
Teacher from Fairfield High School in Halton commented on the impact on return to school
'Pupils have taught other pupils within school about eco footprint and are now planning an educating programme on the ‘3rs’.'
If you are not already involved in Eco Challenge why not look at Case Studies to see how other schools have benefited or you can contact our team to discuss the project email ecochallenge@field-studies-council.org
